MEREDITH ANN, born January 29, 1941 in Magnolia, AR
            grew up and finished high school in Magnolia                   
            married March 9, 1960 in Texarkana, Texas to
Leslie Louis Turk, born February 24, 1938 in Village, AR
            they lived in Little Rock while
            Leslie "Bud" attended the U of A Med-school
            After a stint in the U. S. Air Force, she and Leslie,
            a Dermatologist, lived their adult life in
            Shreveport, Louisiana, where they raised three children,
            Kelly, Les, and lil' Meredith.
            After the children were grown, Meredith took seminary
            courses and has an active role in church matters.
